PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. which does not cause thickening by gelation with time and has excellent storage stability and antifouling effect during immersion, consisting of a triorganotin-contg. copolymer, copper salt of an org. carboxylic acid and an alcohol (polyoxyethylene ether). CONSTITUTION:1-30pts. (by weight; the same applies hereinbelow, on a solid basis) triorganotin-contg. copolymer contg. at least one group of the formula [wherein R is (cyclo)alkyl, phenyl], 0.1-10pts. copper salt of an 8-30C satd. monobasic acid (e.g. decanoic acid) and 0.1-10pts. 1-12C monohydric alcohol (e.g. ethanol) and/or alcohol polyoxyethylene ether [e.g. polyoxyethylene (n=4) lauryl ether] obtd. by adding 1-10mol of ethylene oxide to said alcohol, are blended together.
