PURPOSE:To enable a polyolefin to form a bond excellent in workability, adhesiveness, water resistance and high-temperature properties, by coating the surface of the polyolefin with an isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer containing a specified compound. CONSTITUTION:In improving the adhesiveness of a polyolefin by coating its surface with an isocyanate-terminated urethane prepolymer, as a urethane primer, obtained from a polyoxyalkylenepolyol of a MW of 400-2,000 and a diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 0.01-10wt%, based on the isocyanate-terminated urethane prepolymer, at least one member selected from among tert. amine compounds and organotin compounds is added to said primer. Examples of the tert. amine compounds used include triethylamine and N-methylmorpholine. Examples of the organotin compounds use include dibutyltin dilaurate and stannous octoate.
