PURPOSE:To obtain a rechargeable positive electrode which holds a high discharge voltage, being superior in a flat property of discharge voltage and having a large charge-discharge electric capacity and long charge-discharge life, by dissolving CrO3 fully, with V2O5 and CrO3 being beforehand mixed into water, and then performing a heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:After dissolving CrO3 fully, with V2O5 and CrO3 being beforehand mixed in water, a heat treatment is performed with water remaining added. The heat treatment by a wet process is easily held in air at the temperature of 250 deg.C-350 deg.C. As compared with a dry process, the mixing is minutely performed in the wet process because CrO3 is mixed with it being dissolved into water. Besides, because CrO3 is dissolved into water to dissociate and become chrome acid and the dissolved CrO3 penetrates into V2O5 in a molecular level, V2O5 is left under a strong acid circumstance in which chrome acid is dissociating. Dehydrating reaction is related during the heat treatment. Resultantly, the produced Cr-V-O compound becomes available to a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having high capacity. |
