发明名称 RECOVERING METHOD FOR ALUMINUM
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To separate a slip sheet from Al and to recover Al in the high yield without changing the properties of Al by cutting finely a processing wastage such as a cutting wastage of an Al foil stuck with the slip sheet and introducing it in the inside of a cylindrical screen and beating it with a high-velocity rotary knife. CONSTITUTION:A processing wastage of an Al foil which is produced from a manufacturing process of a food an drink vessel or the like and used in a drawing processing and stuck with a slip sheet is finely cut in several mm breadth. This finely cut small piece is introduced in a cylindrical screen which has many small holes and is provided with a propeller-shaped rotary knife rotating in the high velocity therein. The rotary knife is rotated in about 2,000rpm to beat the finely cut small piece of the Al foil and the Al foil is separated from the slip sheet and also beaten on the inside wall of the cylindrical screen and made to a granule having a spherical or an irregular shape and discharged together with the paper powder through the small holes of the screen. These are sieved into an Al granule and the paper powder with a rotary sieve to recover Al. Since the removal is not performed by means of the combustion or a reagent, Al is recovered without changing the properties thereof.</p>
