PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having both excellent stability agent oxidation and properties inherent to metal, consisting of a metallic powder contg. a phosphate ester compd. and a silane coupling agent compd. deposited thereon and a polymer. CONSTITUTION:0.01-2.0wt% phosphate ester compd. of formula I (wherein R<1>-R<3> are each H, alkyl, aryl, polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxyethylene aryl ether, provided that at least one thereof is a group other than H) and 0.01-2.0wt% silane coupling agent compd. of formula II (wherein n is 0, 1; R<1> is amino, mercapto, vinyl, epoxy, methacryloxy; R<2>, R<3> are each a 1-6C satd. hydrocarbon group, ether) are deposited on a metallic powder having an average particle size of 0.01-100mu. 10-70pts.vol. resulting metallic powder is blended with 100pts.vol. polymer (e.g. PE).
