The title compds. (I) were prepd. by the reaction of (II) and D-(CH2) n-G1. In (I) n is 2-6; D is Cl, Br, I, or CH3SO2O-; G1 is (III), (IV) , (V). (I) are neuroleptic agents used in the treatment of mental disorders and illnesses including schizophrenia, psychoses and neuroses. They exhibit major tranquillizing activity but have fewer side effects than currently used drugs. They may be given orally or parenterally. Dose is typically 0.1-100 mg/day.
