摘要 PURPOSE:To improve assembling efficiency, by a method wherein a high temperature and a reproducer housing part are formed integrally to form a dome-shaped cylinder, and an inner liner, made of a material having a linear expansion factor higher than that of the cylinder, which partitions a reproducer and an expansion chamber, is formed. CONSTITUTION:A dome-shaped cylinder 15 is provided for containing a high temperature cylinder and a reproducer housing part. An inner liner 16, partitioning a reproducer chamber and an expansion chamber, is provided, and is made of a material, e.g., stainless, having a linear expansion factor higher than that of the cylinder 15. The top part of the inner liner 16 is engaged with the inner peripheral surface of the top part of the cylinder 15 and its lower part is engaged with the upper part of the cooler 6. A concentric annular reproducer filler (reproducer) 5 is situated between the cylinder 15 and the inner liner 16, and an annular cooler 6, having its inner surface forming a surface sliding over a displacer 9, is located below the reproducer 5 and within the cylinder 15.
