In the production of elastane filaments by solution-spinning of polyurea polyurethanes by conventional spinning processes, in which at least one component of the system to be spun contains tertiary amino groups and the antioxidants used are phenols which do not form coloured nitro compounds, excellent stabilisation to light and harmful gas is achieved.
