PURPOSE:To ensure a timely rise of a system as a whole and to shorten the waiting time by delivering an indication of initialization to perform said rise of the system at a set time point after reading the operable state of each device of the system. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor part 101 receives the information on the applying time point of a power supply from a timepiece part 105 and sends an indication for power supply application to a power supply control part 104 to apply the power supply of devices 201-203 respectively. When each device is operable, the part 104 receives the report from each device to send these reports successively to the part 101. The part 101 controls each device through a memory part 102 and supplies an indication of initialization to the central processor 201 via an initialization setting part 103. A computer system 200 rises with said indication of initialization and performs jobs by a prescribed program. |
