PURPOSE:To make overtorque to be required at the time of an emergency escape transmittable, by constituting a one-way clutch so as to be engaged at a time when both front and rear wheels come to a constant revolving speed ratio, in case of a device, bearing the above caption, provided with an oil pump in a power transmission system of one side of these front and rear wheels. CONSTITUTION:A one-way clutch 24 is constituted so as to make a clutch off but in time of reversion to be locked when its inner ring part rotates speedier than the outer ring part (unillustrated herein). And, a suboutput gear 21 is always rotated at a constant transmission ratio of i2/i1 to a front wheel casing 30, making the outer ring part of the one-way clutch 24 rotate all the time. Thereafter, while the inner ring part of the one-way clutch 24 via an output shaft 9 at the rear-wheel side rotates speedier than the outer ring part, the clutch is off. However, if each rotation of both wheels 4 and 5 becomes equal in time of an emergency escape, the clutch 24 comes into a state of being engaged whereby the clutch 24 transmits the torque. With this constitution, overtorque at the emergency escape is transmittable.
