PURPOSE:To obtain a gas permeable membrane having high oxygen transmission coefficient and selectivity, by forming a membrane from a polycondensation reaction product of a polysiloxane derivative having a perfluoro group and a polyurethane derivative. CONSTITUTION:A polysiloxane derivative containing a group having a perfluoroalkyl group itself and a group containing a perfluoroalkylaminosulfone group and a polyurethane derivative, which was obtained by reacting bis-phenol A and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, are subjected to polycondensation reaction. The polycondensation reaction is performed by preliminarily introducing a terminal dimethylamino group into a polysiloxane derivative so as to react the same with the terminal dihydroxyl group of the polyurethane derivative. The obtained block copolymer is dissolved in a solvent such as chloroform or THF to prepare a casting solution which is, in turn, cast onto a flat plate and a solvent is naturally evaporated to make it possible to form a transparent membrane.
