PURPOSE:To enable efficient heating safely with energy-saving by installing a heating room, a high-frequency oscillator feeding high-frequency wave into the heating room, plane heating elements raising surrounding air temp. in the upper side of the heating room, supporting means for oven plates, and an open ing part for feeding at a part of the side wall of the heating room. CONSTITUTION:At bottom and top parts of a heating room 2, plane heating elements 13a, 13b are installed, respectively; and on the other hand, a high-frequency oscillator comprising a magnetron 6 and a high-tension transformer 7, etc. for generating high-frequency wave in a main body 1. Generated high-frequency wave is introduced into the heating room 2 by waveguide 8 through an opening part for feeding at a part of the side wall, which is located between a plane heating element 13b at the upper side of the heating room 2 and rails for supporting an oven plate 10 at the side wall of the heating room, of the heating room. Therefore, when the oven plate 10 is placed in the heating room 2 and high-frequency wave is supplied, abnormal heating, spark, and wave leakage by heater to the outside of the heating room 2 do not take place and efficient high-frequency heating is effected.
