发明名称 AUTOMATIC FILLET WELDING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the mechanism and operation and to automate the measured fillet welding by welding the two sides to form the corner part by sharing with each torch by suspending plural torches on respective measured corner part and by performing at least the lifting with each torch independently. CONSTITUTION:One torch 6a is descended and located at the fillet welding zone 12a of the horizontal web member 8' where is separated by the necessary gap from the corner part 10a to which the torch 6 is opposing. The welding is then started with the torch 6a and performed upto the corner part 10a by moving the welding head 3a to the corner part 10a side by the rotation of a traveling shaft 2. The welding is in succession performed upto the position of 12b of the vertical web member 7 by stopping the shaft 2, by driving guide shafts 1, 1' and by traveling the traveling shaft 2 in the direction of the corner part 10b. The welding is then performed from the position of 12b upto the corner part 10b and 12c by lifting the torch 6a and by dropping the torch 6. All the measured fillet welding is completed by similarly performing the welding by torches 6c, 6d further. Since the torch is only moved in the three directions of X, Y, Z the automatic control is enabled easily.
