PURPOSE:To obtain a mooring device having a flexible connecting structure by providing a yoke having one end connected to the upper portion of a single point mooring tower through a universal joint and the other end connected to the other end of a yoke axially slidably mounted to a hull through a horizontal pin and stretching a mooring rope between the tower and the hull. CONSTITUTION:A buoyant tower 1 is rotatably connected at the lower end thereof to a tower base 2 fixedly provided on the bottom of the sea. A tower- side yoke 4 has one end vertically movably and horizontally rotatably connected through a turn table 3 and a universal joint 4B to the exposed portion of the tower above the water. The other end of the yoke is connected through a horizontal pin 4C to a hull-side yoke 4A axially slidably connected to a connecting portion 4D of a moored hull 5. A mooring rope 7 is stretched between the tower 1 and the moored hull 5. This provides a mooring device having a flexible connecting structure which can fully meet complex movement of a moored hull caused by waves and tide.
