<p>The coupler-decoupler according to the invention comprises a collar formed of arms (3, 4) hinged between each other and meshed to the extremities of part sections which have to be coupled, and a closure device comprising a lever (18) pivoting mounted on a support part (15, 16) integral with the arm (3), an assembly consisting of a bearing part (29) and elastic means (30) and rotatingly mounted on the lever (18), a stop (38) integral with the arm (4), and a jack (19) so arranged as to cause a rocking of the lever (18) during the opening. The support part (15, 16) and the lever (18) comprised at least two oblong notches so arranged as to be registered when the lever (18) is in the closing position. The rod (42) of the jack (19) carries a safety locking part (44) intended to be engaged in the notches when these are in register.</p> |
