PURPOSE:To reduce oscillation through mutual intervention caused by coupled movement of a main hull and auxiliary hulls by disposing the auxiliary hulls under deck portions overhanging the sea from both side of the main hull in parallel to the main hull swingingly movably through rotating members. CONSTITUTION:A main hull 6 has deck portions 2a overhanging the sea from both sides thereof, and a buoyancy portion 6a is interposed between the deck portions, extending along the longitudinal direction of the hull. There are provided under the overhanging deck portions 2a auxiliary hulls 7 in parallel to the main hull 6, and the auxiliary hulls 7 and the deck portions 2 are swingingly movably connected to each other through rotating members that is rotary shafts 8 disposed in the longitudinal direction of the hull. This simple structure provides effective reduction of oscillation through mutual intervention caused by coupled movement of the main hull and auxiliary hulls.
