PURPOSE:To prevent a horn part of a unit base from surface rupture due to ultrasonic waves and enhance adhesion between a storing tank and the unit base, by providing a cover body which covers the horn part but does not make contact with a liquid. CONSTITUTION:The cover body 15 is positioned relatively to the unit base 2 so that it covers the horn part 2a of the base 2 and the periphery thereof and the base and a liquid do not make contact with each other. The cover body 15 is formed from an elastic material or a high molecular weight material. For higher adhesion between the storing tank 9 and the vicinity of an opening part of a bottom surface, integration of an O-ring 7 and the cover body 15 has the same effect as above, and leads to further enhancement of adhesion. Although the cover body 15 is preferably brought into contact with the periphery of the horn part 2a of the unit base 2a, a construction wherein the cover body 15 is disposed in proximity to the periphery of the horn part 2a produces a similar effect.
