PURPOSE:To obtain a screen structure by preventing the concn. of strain, by parallelly arranging rod shaped ceramic beams on a frame while the intervals therebetween are adjusted by spacers to form slits and fixing all of them by an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:Rod shaped ceramic beams 1 are arranged on frames 2 and spacers 3 having rigidity lower than that of the beams 1 are inserted between both end parts of the beams 1 to adjust the intervals between the beams 1 and not only the beams 1 and the frames 2 but also the beams 1 and the spacers 3 are fixed by an adhesive 4. In this case, as the adhesive 4, by using an epoxy adhesive having rigidity lower than that of the beams 1, when bending strain and shearing strain are acted, the spacers 3 lower than the beams 1 in rigidity or the layer of the adhesive 4 is deformed and the strain of the beams 1 to slit end parts is alleviated. Because the slits are formed of the beams 1 being a separate structure, the rising of the strain in the ceramic body at the end parts of the slits is also alleviated as compared with a conventional integral structure.
