Line interrupter device for mains-powered apparatuses

A line-interrupter device for mains-powered apparatuses, having a sensor which responds to water contact and having a switching stage. Known line interrupter devices tend to produce erroneous tripping or cannot be tested in the apparatus final inspection. It is therefore proposed to provide a large-area sensor electrode which surrounds the live parts.
