PURPOSE:To facilitate the handling of a mixture, by charging a ceramic powder and a binder in a mixing apparatus having a rotary member for moving a part of a bottom part up and down through eccentric rotation to rotate said rotary member. CONSTITUTION:After a ceramic powder, a binder and water were introduced into a mixing chamber 16, a motor 24 is rotated to rotate a rotary member 18. Because the rotary member 18 has an eccentric rotary shaft, said rotary member 18 is moved up and down while draws a circular locus on a part of a bottom part and a stock material is mixed under stirring while a conical locus is drawn by a mixing rod. When the ceramic powder, the binder and water are mixed by this method, the mixture is mixed while moved in up-and- down or oblique direction in the mixing chamber 16. Therefore, clayey lumps are scattered by centrifugal force and dropped to be separated into small particles and, meanwhile, said small particles are granulated to form granules with a particle size of 2-5mm having flowability. |
