PURPOSE:To make the titled device small in size and to render a vivid image by moving a positive type photosensitive material from an upper-ward to a lower-ward in an almost right angle against a surface of an original. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide photographic sensitive material 12 as the positive type photosensitive material is wound up in a roll state, and is cut in the desired size with a cutter 22 during moving it, followed by moving to the down-ward in the almost right angle passing the rolls 19, 19'. While the original picture 2 is irradiated by a light source 4, and the reflected light is irradiated on the photographic sensitive material 12 through an optical system, thereby directly performing a slit exposure. Then, the photographic sensitive material 12 is treated in the photographic treating part 24 and then dried in the drying part 30. therefore, the titled device may be small in size comparing with the device in which the photographic sensitive material 12 is maintained in a plane state and is exposed on the whole surface of the material. As the silver halide photographic sensitive material capable of giving an image with a high quality is used, the vivid image may be rendered by the titled device.
