PURPOSE:To make easy the realization of the microwave integrated circuit double balancing type mixer using slot line type magic T at high frequency band, by picking up the IF signal with wire or ribbon. CONSTITUTION:The IF signal is picked up with conductor wire or ribbons 23 and 24, and it is synthesized with the third conductor provided the same plane as the slot lines 14-17, such as the electrode 25. Accordingly, the hole boring work deficient in the accuracy of manufacture can be omitted and the realization at millimeter wave band can be made easy. |
