PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance living environment by providing the sewage treatment plant of peripheral houses to the underground part of a multipurpose hall and mounting a television studio in said hall. CONSTITUTION:A sewage treatment plant 2 is provided to the underground part of a multipurpose hall and a ventilation passage 19 is provided to the periphery of an excretion treatment tank 18 and the part of the excretion treatment tank 18 is always held to negative pressure to prevent the air of the excretion treatment tank 18 from flowing to the outside. An illumination room 3 is mounted to the ceiling of the multipurpose hall 1 and freely rising and falling partition walls 4 and curtains 5 for partitioning the hall 1 into large and small rooms. Further, the hall is provided with facilities such as a stall, a lobby 11, a rack chamber 12 and a projection room 13.
