PURPOSE:To dispense with DC AC conversion inverter and boosting transformer and to drastically reduce the electricity consumption by directly switching the polarity of AC voltage according to the period of commercial electricity and forming AC signal of prescribed frequency. CONSTITUTION:Power source transformer 1 inputs commercial AC voltage from the primary side terminal and outputs from the secondary terminals, and intermediate terminal is located between the one terminal and other terminal of secondary side at the position where the turn ratio is 1:1.2. Frequency converter 2 inputs the AC voltage from the power source transformer 1 and outputs by converting the frequency into 1/3. Converter control circuit 3 inputs the AC voltage from the power source transformer 1 and controls the frequency converter 2 synchronizing with the AC voltage. Smoothing circuit 4 inputs the AC voltage the frequency of which is converted by the frequency converter 2, eliminates frequency component and high harmonic component of the commercial electricity and shaped up the wave form.
