PURPOSE:A composition having flattened appearance, improved thermal and mechanical properties, etc., obtained by blending a specific graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing a vinyl compound in the presence of an acrylic acid alkyl ester polymer with a vinyl copolymer. CONSTITUTION:(A) 85-5pts.wt. graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing 60-5pts.wt. vinyl compounds consisting of A1: 0.1-40wt% alpha, beta unsaturated fatty acid glycidyl ester compound with A2: 10-40wt% vinyl cyanide compound, A3: 60-90wt% aromatic vinyl compound and A4: 0-30wt% another vinyl com pound in the presence of 40-95pts.wt. polymer of acrylic acid alkyl ester containing 1-13C alkyl group is blended with (B) 15-95pts.wt. copolymer obtained by polymerizing B1: 10-40wt% vinyl cyanide compound with B2: 60-90wt% aromatic vinyl compound and 0-30wt% another vinyl compound. The composition has 0.25-1.5 intrinsic viscosity.
