PURPOSE:To provide the titled film composed of a substrate consisting of a heat-resistant film, paper or sheet and a semi-cured adhesive, and having activated surface having excellent adhesivity to other materials. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive is applied to a substrate made of a heat-resistant film, paper or sheet (preferably having a softening point of >=120 deg.C, e.g. a polyester film) preferably after activating one or both surfaces of the substrate and is semicured to obtain the objective film. It is also preferable to carry out the activation treatment of the surface after the semi-curing of the adhesive applied to the substrate.
