PURPOSE:To execute a transmission at a high speed by simple constitution irrespective of whether the kind of a machine is different or the same, by transmitting a transmitting data to a personal computer of a transmitting destination from a personal computer of a transmitting origin, by a video signal through a frame memory. CONSTITUTION:A sent-out video signal of a terminal 2 of a personal computer 1 is inputted to a video signal input terminal 10 of a display device 8 through a display device 3, a transmission line 17, a video signal input terminal 13 of a frame memory 12, and a transmission line 16. When an operator of a personal computer 6 has decided an image data of the device 8 to be necessary, the executes an operation for generating an input instruction and feeds it to the memory 12 through a transmission line 15, and the image data displayed on the device 8 being an input video signal of the terminal 13 is inputted and stored in the memory 12. In such a way, a transmission control procedure for transmitting a data is made unnecessary, a data transmission can be executed at a high speed between personal computers by simple constitution, irrespective of whether the kind of a machine is different or the same.
