发明名称 LIQUID LEVEL DETECTING CONSTRUCTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To elevate the liquid level detection accuracy, by mounting a float outside a cylindrical diaphragm in such a manner as to free to be displaced axially and rotate circumferentially while an inflow liquid rotates the liquid about the float. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical diaphragm 26 is provided airtight into a measuring chamber 14 and a float 28 having a blade 50 is provided outside the diaphragm in such a manner as to free to be displaced axially while rotating circumferentially. The axial displacement of the float 28 is transmitted to a control rod 44 through a magnetic joint comprising magnets 32 and 46 to detect the liquid level. The liquid flowing in from an inlet 22 flows into the measuring chamber 14 intermittently through an inverted-U pipe 56 when in a small amount while it flows thereinto continuously the inverted-U pipe and the opening of a weir member when in a large amount to turn the liquid in the measuring chamber circumferentially. Consequently, the float and the control rod 44 connected thereto through the magnetic joint turns circumferentially so that a rolling friction is caused between the control rod 44 and the inner surface of the diaphragm 26. This can reduce the friction resistance thereby enabling accurate detection of the liquid level.
