<p>PURPOSE:To easily vary the clutch torque capacity by arranging a circular piston at plural positions at equal intervals on the same circumference of a clutch and varying the number of pistons and the piston area. CONSTITUTION:A circular piston 2 having the center line O2 parallel to the center line O1 of a pressure plate 1 is fixed at four positions a-d at equal intervals on the same circumference on the back surface of the pressure plate 1. Each piston 2 is fitted into a cylinder 4 through the O ring 3 on the outer periphery, and fixed onto the pressure plate 1 through an insulator 5, dust cover 6, and a holder 7. Therefore, the clutch torque capacity can be easily varied by varying the number of pistons and the piston area by the clutch in the same size.</p> |
