PURPOSE:To decrease slipping off in position of a magnetic head with respect to an information track surface and to improve an off-track by approaching an attaching angle of a load arm of a magnetic head support body in a longitudinal direction with respect to the information track surface of a magnetic disk to 0 deg.. CONSTITUTION:To a magnetic head arm 7, a magnetic head support body 9 is attached through a spacer 8. The support body 9 is constituted by a load arm 10 and a load spring section 11. To an end of the arm 10, a magnetic head 2 is attached through a gimbal spring 3. The head 2 is followably disposed on an information track surface of a magnetic disk 1. The arm 10 of the support body 9 approaches an attaching angle theta1 with respect to the information track surface of the disk 1 to 0 deg. to be adjusted. In such a manner, slipping off in position of the magnetic head with respect to the information track surface is reduced and an off-track can be improved.
