PURPOSE:To improve the cooling effect by compulsorily cooling a controller by utilizing the inflow and discharge of air by the increase and reduction of the quantity of oil in an oil tank in loading and unloading work. CONSTITUTION:One edge of an air suction pipe 22 is allowed to communicate to the inside of an oil tank 10 for storing working oil through a check valve 31. One edge of an air discharging pipe 23 having a throttle part 24 formed is allowed to communicate to the space inside the oil tank 10 through a check valve 32, and the other edge is opened into the atmosphere through a check valve 33. Further, the other edge of the air suction pipe 22 is connected between the throttle part 24 and the check valve 33. A box body 27 for accommodating a controller 3 is allowed to communicate to the throttle part 24 through a piping 30 having the less diameter than the diameter of the throttle part 24, and the box body 27 is opened into the atmosphere through a filter 29. With such constitution, the cooling effect can be improved.
