POWER SHIFT DEVICE FOR TRANSMISSION

PURPOSE:To enable a power shift device to be used for a wide range of vehicles by using oil pressure of a power steering hydraulic pump in a power source for supplying oil pressure to a power cylinder for a power shift provided in a transmission. CONSTITUTION:A piston 6 is inserted in a power cylinder 2 and interlocked with a transmission. An actuating rod 4 is extended through a shifter rod 10 longitudinally extending through the power cylinder 2 axially slidably to be coupled with a spool valve 12 in a valve chamber 11. A oil pressure source for supplying oil pressure to a oil pressure supply path 15a is piped to use oil pressure from a hydraulic pump 21 for a power steering. Thus, though an air compressor is not provided, this power shift device can be used for a wide range of vehicles provided with a power steering device.
