PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an address setting switch required for a conventional controller by writing a setting use destination address data in a storage means when the data is received, reading it at transmission and sending the transmission data while being added with the address data. CONSTITUTION:When a data send through a transmission line L is inputted to a reception terminal 2 via a transceiver 21, a reception data type discrimination means 20a discriminates whether or not the reception data is the set use destination address. When the reception data is the destination address, it is written in the storage means 20b by using a destination address read/write means 20c. Further, the destination address written in the storage means is read at the transmission by using the read/write means 20c. Then the address data is added to the transmission data and the result is sent from a transmission terminal 1 through the transmission line L via the transceiver 21.
