发明名称 WELDING ROBOT
摘要 PURPOSE:To remove the radial load to a ball screw and to extend the service life thereof by hanging a driving base which drives a guide shaft in the Z-axis direction to a welding wire feeder moving on the rail on top of a frame. CONSTITUTION:A rail 16 having substantial rigidity parallel with a guide shaft 6 is disposed atop a frame 1 and guide rollers 17 are provided to a welding wire feeder 11. The wire feeder 11 is mounted on the frame in such a way that the feeder can travel on the rail 16. A driving base 5 is hung to the feeder 1 by means of a connecting member 18. No radial load is thus exerted to a ball screw 2 any longer.
