<p>PURPOSE:To input information of a character code and a position coordinate, etc. with simple constitution, by inputting the character code, etc. by depressing a touch panel with a finger or a position indicator, and simultaneously, inputting a handwriting character, and a graphic form by operating a position indicator on the touch panel. CONSTITUTION:An input device is constituted of an input/output panel 1, a control device 2, an input pen 3 functioning as a position designating magnetic generator, and a power source unit, and a back light 30 and a liquid crystal display panel 40 are placed through a shield plate 20 onto a tablet 10 of the panel 1. They are contained in a nonmagnetic metallic case 50, on which a transparent touch panel 60 is superposed so that it an be opened and closed freely. Also, the control device 2 is constituted of a tablet controlling circuit 5, a touch panel controlling circuit 6, and a liquid crystal display panel controlling circuit 7, which have been connected to an electronic computer 8. In this state, a character code and a position coordinate, etc. are inputted by operating the input pen with simple constitution.</p> |
