PURPOSE:To realize stable operation with simple constitution by feeding back negatively an output of a differential amplifier to a constant current source controlling a current flowing to the differential amplifier. CONSTITUTION:An output signal is fed to a base of a transistor (TR) 10 constituting a constant current source circuit in a factor of R1/(R1+Rf). When a potential at an output terminal 9 rises due to any fluctuation (e.g., bias voltage fluctuation or temperature fluctuation), the base potential of the TR 10 rises and a collector current is increased. Thus, a current flowing to an added resistor 7 is increased and a collector potential of a TR 4 is decreased, then the potential at an output terminal 9 is decreased to suppress the potential rise due to the preceding fluctuation. |
