PURPOSE:To compensate effectively the deviation of DC component due to missing of difference data in a system such as DPCM system by applying DC feedback to an integration means for integrating a digital difference data and for converting the result into linear PCM data. CONSTITUTION:A coupling means 13 adds output data of a data register 14, that is, output data of the coupling means 13 before one sample to a difference data given from an input terminal 11, subtracts an output of a division means 22 from the said difference data and outputs the result. Further, the result is outputted to an output terminal 17 via a D/A conversion means 16. An integration circuit 16 discriminates a DC level in this case and feeds back the result to a division means 22 and the conversion means 23, then the DC level of the digital integration means 12 is kept nearly zero and even when missing of PCM data takes place, the DC level is restored to zero.
