PURPOSE:To improve stability, by changing a charging voltage relative to change of static capacities with a pair of invertors and causing a vibration with the same charging and discharging capacity regardless of difference electroslatic of capacities. CONSTITUTION:Each one end of a static electrostatic capacity C1 subject to change by physical quantity, such as pressure, etc. and of the reference electro static capacity C2 are connected with the input end of an invertor G1 connected with a resistance R1 becoming to be a discharger between the input and output ends. The output end of G1 is connected with the input end CL of a counter CT and with switches s1, S2. The switches S1, S2 are connected with invertors G3, G4 supplying charging and discharging currents to the capacities C1, C2. The counter CT switches oscillation from the capacity C1 or C2 by S1, S2 per each specified number of revolutions. An integrating circuit Q13 controls a charging voltage Vo' of the capacity C1 through a computer Q14, in such a way that oscillating period by C1 becomes equal to that by C2. Then, a charging voltage Vo' inversely proportional to the capacity can be obtained, without being affected by a distributing capacity S1.
