PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition free from stickiness at normal temperature, low volume shrinkage after forming and suitable for pressure- sensitive adhesive sheet or tape, by compounding a specific amount of a syndiotactic polybutadiene with an inorganic filler and a process oil. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) 100pts.(wt.) of a syndiotactic polybutadiene [preferably having 1,2-bond content of >=90(wt)%, an average molecular weight of >=100,000 and a crystallinity of 15-20%] with (B) 5-100pts. of an inorganic filler (e.g. silicic acid) and (C) preferably 3-10pts. of process oil.
