<p>This method, in which the screw (8) comprises a thread having at least two turns (9, 10), is characterised in that an end portion (11a) of a rod (11) having a circular cross-section of a diameter slightly greater than the diameter of the balls and made of a plastic deformable material is wound over at least a part of one of the said turns (9). The said rod (11) is shaped so as to make it cross over the crest of the thread separating the said turns of the screw in such a way that the two shaped portions of the rod formed on either side of the crest of the thread of the screw are identical. The other end portion (11b) of the rod (11) is wound over at least a part of the second turn (10). From the rod (11) thus disposed in the said turns (9, 10) an impression is taken which defines the cavity of the deviating element from which the said deviating element is produced. <IMAGE></p> |
