<p>PURPOSE:To enable to form a connecting part on the surface running about parallel with a mold breaking direction of a split mold, by a method wherein a welded nut is provided on the back of a fastening fitment fitting panel of an insertion member which performs embedding molding to a resin material and a bolt is kept arranged on a surface side. CONSTITUTION:An SMC and insertion member 2 are arranged in a spatial part between a top split mold 1a and bottom split mold 1b. The back sides each of the undersurface 11 and a rear side surface 12 of the insertion member 2 are provided with welded nuts 3a, 3b, and a tacking bolt 15 is kept screwed by placing the rear side surface 12 between the bolt and nut 15. When the SMC is heated and pressurized sufficiently, an engine hood 9 into which the insertion member 2 is embedded unitarily is formed. In case of removal of the hood 9, the split molds 1a, 1b are broken in a vertical direction. As a protruded state part 7 is pulled out also, a bolt insertion hole 5 is formed on the resin molding part 4 and the bolt 15 is left on the rear side surface 12, on the undersurface 11 of the insertion member 2, when a hexagonal wrench is turned by fitting the same over a head part 15a the bolt 15 is remove easily and a bolt insertion hole 19 is formed on a resin molding part 18.</p> |
