<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a box at a low cost, by fixing an L-type reinforcing member to the bent part of a box with a UV-curable adhesive and fixing the member with conventional adhesive, thereby enabling the easy and sure bonding and fixing of the reinforcing member. CONSTITUTION:A quick-drying UV-curable adhesive 10 is applied to the gap between the joining faces of the box 2 and the L-type reinforcing member 6 and corresponding to the side edge 6 of the L-type reinforcing member 6, and another fixing adhesive 11 is applied to the inner side of the above joining faces. Both joining members are bonded with each other. The UV-curable adhesive 10 is irradiated with UV radiation to cure the adhesive and effect the temporary fixing of the L-type reinforcing member 6 to the box 2. The objective box bonded with an L-type reinforcing member at the inside of the bent part of the box can be produced by this process.</p> |
