PURPOSE:To decrease the attack time when the signal change quantity is large by connecting the 2nd detection transistor (TR) having a different level from that of the 1st detection TR in parallel therewith. CONSTITUTION:When the signal change quantity at an input terminal 2 changes largely, the collector potential difference between TRs 6, 7 is large, the 2nd detection TR 10 is activated and the sum of collector currents of the 1st detection TR 9 and the 2nd detection TR 10 appears at an output terminal 13. That is, since the sum current of both the TRs flows to smoothing circuits 11, 12 as a charge current, the circuit time constant is small and the attach time being a response time when the input signal level is changed suddently largely.
