PURPOSE:To make continuous printing without repeating operation and to drastically reducing a time necessary for printing and its operation by inputting in a bundle all the retrieval information of picture information to be printed and number of copies at the beginning. CONSTITUTION:When an operator indicates a print processing through a keyboard 5, a system control part 6 displays the file list on CRT display 4. The files are displayed on the CRT display 4 in the order of file number by reading out the key work, etc. of each picture information which is memorized on the retrieval file composed of RAM of the system control part 6. Next, the system control part 6 writes the file number and the number of copies specified on the address of file memory circuit 10. When the execution of printing is indicated via printing indication key of keyboard 5, the printing of specified picture information is executed correspondingly to the number of copies specified.
