PURPOSE:To make possible to precisely transform a linear displacement into a fine displacement, by providing a plurality of links with the frontmost end link being connected to an output source while the final stage link being connected with a driven member. CONSTITUTION:A stepping motor 12, a displaceable retracting link mechanism 13 and a table 14 as a driven member are arranged in series on the upper surface of a frame 11. A screw 16 is coupled with the output shaft of the motor 12 which is held by a linear bearing 15, slidably in the direction of the arrangement. A displaceable retracting mechanism 13 is provided with a pair of support member 18 which are positioned at both sides and are opposed to each other. On end of a plurality of links 19 which are lined up in multistages, is pivotally connected to the both opposed surfaces of the support members 18. Further, the screw 16 abuts against a receiver seat 21 which is fixed to the operating end of the frontmost link 19. |
