PURPOSE:To eliminate the adverse influence on motor performance by providing magnetic shielding parts to the parts in proximity to a mechanical-electrical transducing mechanism for power generation and electrical-mechanical transducing mechanism for a timepiece in such a manner as to cover respectively the mechanisms. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 7 for power generation is rotated to generate and induced voltage as the rotor is overdriven by a transmission wheel train of a wheel train part 11 when an external operating member 12 or rotating weight is rotated. The magnetic flux generated by the rotor 7 and the magnetic flux generated by the induced current flowing in a coil is ideally passed entirely through a magnetic circuit consisting of a stator for power generation and a coil 6 for power generation but measurable leak magnetic flux is generated. The magnetic shielding members 8 are thereupon disposed, by which the most of the magnetic flux is passed to the shielding members 8 as shown by solid lines 15. The adverse influence of such magnetic flux on the motor performance is thus eliminated.
