PURPOSE:To reduce the total cost of a product by fitting the 1st and the 2nd coiled springs whose resonance frequencies are close to each other to an excitation base and applying vibration stress to a printed board. CONSTITUTION:The printed board 1 to be tested is mounted on a connector 2 fixed to a column 3, which is coupled with a connecting rod 5 provided to the excitation base 4 by a coiled spring 6. Further, the excitation base 4 is coupled with a fixed base 9 by the connecting rod 7 of the excitation base 4, the connecting rod 10 of the base 9, and a coiled spring 8 and an impact is applied with a hammer as shown by an arrow 12 or 13 to an impact applied arm 11 provided to the excitation base 4. The coiled springs 6 and 8 are so formed as to have close resonance frequencies and are supplied to a vibration stress close to an impact vibration waveform applied to the printed board 1. Therefore,the inexpensive device which is easily operated is obtained.
