PURPOSE:To minimize the amount and size of flash to a negligible extent for use by a method in which an elastic synthetic resin ring is interposed between the upper and lower molds in such a way as to stop the outflow of excessive resin. CONSTITUTION:A ring 6 made of a heat-resistant elastic synthetic resin is thrust through the parting face S1 of molds into an annular hold groove 5 formed in the inside of the annular groove 3 of the half mold 1. An annular projection 9 is formed projectionally from the parting face S2 of the molds in the inside of the annular groove 4 of the half mold 2. When the molds are locked, the ring 6 is compressed between both the half molds 1 and 2 to prevent the outflow of excessive molten resin. Occurrence of flash in the inside of a product hardly occur. |
