发明名称 POWER SOURCE STABILIZING CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize a supply voltage to a load under a high temperature condition without using a large capacity capacitor, by utilizing an electrostatic capacity of a capacitor and an amplifying action of a transistor. CONSTITUTION:A cathode side of a Zener diode 24 is connected to an intermediate point 22, and an anode side is grounded. A resistance R1 and the Zener diode 24 constitute a voltage dividing element, and divide a voltage of 12V of a power source 12 so that a voltage of 5.5V is applied between a base and an emitter of a transistor 16. The voltage of the power source 12 is dropped to, for instance, 5V by a resistance R of a main line 14, and applied to a power source input terminal 10a of a load 10. When the impedance of the load 10 decreases transiently and suddenly in the decrease direction, capacitors C2, C1 are discharged, and a current of the main line 14 increases suddenly and it is supplied to the load 10, and a voltage drop of the power source input terminal 12 is prevented.
