PURPOSE:To enable to classify electronic parts into at least three sections or more based on the measured results of the electronic parts by a method wherein plural scrapers to operate by the operation instruction signal based on the measured results of the electrical characteristics of the electronic parts are provided in close contact with the outer periphery of the rotating drum. CONSTITUTION:A measuring terminal 6a is used as the terminal for measuring the inverse withstand voltage of diode elements 3 and a measuring terminal 6b is used as the terminal for measuring the forward voltage of the diode elements 3. The housing part of a housing box 7 is, for example, sectioned into a housing part (a), a housing part (b) and a housing part (c) respectively in such a way that some diode elements 3 having the inverse withstand voltage of 100V or more and 500V or less and the forward voltage within the range of the prescribed value are selected and are housed in the housing part (a), some diode elements 3 having the inverse withstand voltage of 500V or more and 1,500V or less and the forward voltage within the range of the prescribed values are selected and are housed in the housing part (b) and some diode elements 3, which are defectives both in inverse withstand voltage and in forward voltage, are selected and are housed in the housing part (c). When the inverse withstand voltage characteristic and the forward voltage of a diode element 3 are respectively assumed to be 500V or more and 1,500V or less and within the range of the prescribed values, the output signal is not sent out whatever to a scraper 10 from an operation instruction signal output means 14, the operation instruction signal is outputted to a scraper 11, a rotating shaft 11 is made to rotate through an actuator 11b and the scraper 11 is opened. |
